01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and winclash ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the winclash platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and customer support services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winclash platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation or interpretation in any other language, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Supplementary Policies

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the following supplementary policies, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and winclash:

• Privacy Policy — governing how we collect, store, and use your personal data
• Responsible Gaming Policy — outlining the tools and support available to players
• Bonus & Promotions Policy — detailing the specific conditions attached to each offer
• Game-Specific Rules — provided within each individual game or betting market

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the winclash platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on winclash and to participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. winclash takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs identity verification procedures — including National ID Card checks — to enforce this requirement. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all winnings forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming and betting is permitted in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the winclash platform. winclash makes no representation or warranty that its services are legal, appropriate, or available in any specific jurisdiction. By using the platform, you confirm that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on winclash at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances and winnings may be voided.

2.4 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, consultants, and directors of winclash, as well as their immediate family members residing at the same address, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of features available on winclash — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and sports betting — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information, among others:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• A valid email address that you control and regularly access
• A mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (for OTP verification)
• Preferred deposit and withdrawal method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. winclash reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

winclash operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit copies of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of your bKash / Nagad / Rocket account registered in your name

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winclash account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances. winclash will never contact you and ask you to reveal your password.

winclash accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials, or where you shared your login details with a third party.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

winclash processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on winclash:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on winclash is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, however individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own daily transaction limits which are outside the control of winclash.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your winclash account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted
• Any active bonus funds must comply with applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes withdrawable
• winclash reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal

4.4 Processing Times

winclash aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible. Typical processing timelines are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: processed within 1–24 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days (subject to card issuer processing times)

These timelines are indicative only. winclash does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking holidays, or unforeseen technical issues.

4.5 No Fees Policy

winclash does not charge players any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Players should note that their own mobile banking provider may apply transaction fees at their discretion, which are entirely outside the control of winclash.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

winclash offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of winclash and are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific conditions communicated at the point of offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by winclash are subject to wagering requirements, meaning that the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The exact wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual bonus terms communicated to you when the offer is made.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the validity period of a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of any active bonuses in their account.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and other first-deposit bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, shared computer, or shared device. winclash reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility or to void bonus winnings where it identifies that a bonus has been claimed more than once by individuals sharing the same household, device, or IP address.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

winclash actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the opening of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, the placing of deliberately low-risk or matched bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and the use of automated tools or bots to generate wagering volume. Where bonus abuse is identified, winclash reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the relevant account(s) without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the winclash platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, sports betting markets, and any other game type — are governed by their own specific rules in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games, and similar) on winclash use certified random number generation technology to determine outcomes. Results are statistically independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the platform, the game provider, or any third party. winclash does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical return-to-player percentage for each game is determined by the respective game provider and is available within the game information panel. RTP figures are theoretical and calculated over millions of game rounds — they do not predict or guarantee outcomes in individual sessions.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or wager, winclash reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. winclash will not honour payouts that result from a verifiable technical error, display error, or software malfunction — regardless of how the outcome appeared on screen at the time.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other events — are governed by sport-specific rules. Key provisions include:

• Pre-match bets are locked at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and are confirmed only once processed by the system
• If a match or event is abandoned, cancelled, or rescheduled beyond the defined settlement window, affected bets will be void and stakes returned
• winclash reserves the right to suspend any market at any time and to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion

07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the winclash platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with generally accepted standards of fair and respectful behaviour. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winclash.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players, or with platform staff, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the winclash platform or payment infrastructure
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or otherwise interfere with the winclash software, systems, or security measures
• Creating or using more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or avoid any other platform policy
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any other player or any member of the winclash support team through any communication channel
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where winclash identifies or reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, the platform reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:

• Suspend or permanently close the player's account
• Void any bets, wagers, bonuses, or winnings generated during the period of prohibited conduct
• Withhold and forfeit any balance in the player's account
• Report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law
• Pursue legal action to recover any losses incurred by winclash as a result of the prohibited conduct

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or winclash — may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions described in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your winclash account at any time by contacting the support team at support@winclash and requesting account closure. Before your account is closed, any remaining verified balance (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Accounts subject to active investigations or pending KYC verification may not be immediately closeable and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

winclash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. winclash will attempt to notify the account holder via email prior to applying any inactive account management fee. Players are encouraged to log in and request a withdrawal of any remaining balance before an account is classified as inactive.

8.4 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the winclash platform, you are encouraged to contact the support team at support@winclash in the first instance. winclash is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently and will respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. All communications regarding disputes must be conducted in English.
